对于新爸妈，奶粉不用太早囤、更不用提前买太多。原因有两个：
- 孩子出生后，如果不喜欢吃某款奶粉，你可能会换、试别的奶粉。
- 有些情况无法预料，比如孩子早产，那么就需要买热量更高的早产儿专用配方奶粉。
如果是网购，先看好家附近有实体店，万一收到快过期的产品方便退换。婴儿奶粉大同小异，成分上的差别很细微，美国的知名品牌基本不会担心安全问题。
在 Costco 、 Sam’s Club 这种大批发商处，或 Target 、 CVS 打折促销时买较划算；如果有官方 Coupon 也记得使用（可以上官网注册各家的妈妈账号）。最常见的品牌是 Enfamil 和 Similac，去他们官网注册妈妈帐号后可定期收到 coupon；另外稍微小众但仍是出名的品牌有 Gerber 、 Earth’s Best 、 Baby’s Only 、 Happy Baby，等。比较经济实惠的是各大超市自有品牌，营养成分有保证，价格比大牌便宜很多。
另外，如果你家附近有 Costco，奶粉、尿布这些消耗量大的东西建议去 Costco 买，他们家出了名的物美价廉，客服也很好，缺点是品牌较少。
