移民局 3/23 宣布，将结束疫情期间「回复 RFE 等有额外的 60 天时间」的做法。如果你收到了移民局的以下通知，必须在信件中注明的 deadline 前回复：
- Requests for Evidence;
- Continuations to Request Evidence (N-14);
- Notices of Intent to Deny;
- Notices of Intent to Revoke;
- Notices of Intent to Rescind;
- Notices of Intent to Terminate regional centers;
- Notices of Intent to Withdraw Temporary Protected Status; and
- Motions to Reopen an N-400 Pursuant to 8 CFR 335.5, Receipt of Derogatory Information After Grant.
在此前的两年多时间里，考虑到 Covid 疫情带来的种种不便，移民局给了申请人额外的 60 天来回复此类通知，比如说，信件里说 deadline 是 3/30，你只需在 5月底前（3/20 + 60 天）回复即可。
此前，拜登政府已经表示将在5月份结束疫情紧急状态。
