密歇根陪审团昨日裁定，2021 密歇根牛津高中枪击案凶手的母亲詹妮弗·克鲁布利 (Jennifer Crumbley) 四项过失杀人罪成立，将面临最高达 60 年的监禁。这是全美第一个因为孩子持枪行凶而父母被判有罪的案例。

2021 年 11 月 30 日，底特律远郊的牛津高中发生大规模枪击事件。当时 15 岁的高中生伊森·克鲁布利 (Ethan Crumbley) 手持 9 毫米手枪，杀害了 4 名学生、并打伤 7 人。伊森·克鲁布利承认所有指控，2023 年 12 月 8 日被判终身监禁、不得假释。

伊森·克鲁布利的母亲与父亲，詹妮弗和詹姆斯，均因未能保管好手枪而被控过失杀人罪。詹妮弗的刑期将于 4 月宣判，每项过失杀人罪可判最高 15 年、合计最高 60 年。詹姆斯仍在等待审判，审判将于 3 月进行。

伊森·克鲁布利有心理健康问题，而克鲁布利夫妇不但对此置之不顾，还在案发前 4 天给儿子购买了手枪、作为他的圣诞礼物。警方在伊森·克鲁布利的背包里发现了他的日记，里面的内容让人震惊，包括：

“I have zero help for my mental problems and it’s causing me to shoot up the f—— school.”（我心理问题得不到帮助，这让我想开枪干掉这该死的学校）

“I want help, but my parents don’t listen to me so I can’t get any help.”（我想要得到帮助，但我父母不听我的，我得不到任何帮助）

“My parents won’t listen to me about help or a therapist.”（我需要帮助或治疗师但我父母不听）

“I want to shoot up the f—— school so badly.”（我非常想开枪干掉这该死的学校）

“Soon I am going to buy a 9 mm pistol.”（我马上要买一支 9 毫米手枪）

“I’m about to shoot up the school and spend the rest of my life in prison.”（我很快要开枪干掉学校，然后在监狱度过余生）

“First off, I got my gun. It’s a SP 2022 Sig Sauer 9mm. Second the shooting is tomorrow. I have access to the gun and the ammo. I am fully committed to this now. So yeah…I’m going to prison for life and many people have about one day left to live.”（首先，我搞到枪了。是 SP 2022 Sig Sauer 9mm 。其次，开枪是在明天。我有枪、有子弹。我已经下定决心。所以，是的……我要被终身监禁，而很多人只有一天可活了）
