肌肉拉伤英文叫 muscle strain,也叫 pulled muscle 或 torn muscle,你跟医生说都能听懂。普通的肌肉拉伤可以自己处理:
- 休息:减少运动,以避免进一步损伤肌肉。
- 冰敷:第一天每小时用冰袋冷敷 10-15 分钟,一天后每 3-4 个小时冰敷一次。不要直接把冰放在皮肤上,应该用毛巾或毛巾包裹冰袋。
- 抬高:如果条件允许的话,最好让受伤的肌肉抬高到心脏上方。
抗炎药以及止痛药(如对乙酰氨基酚/泰诺)有助于减轻疼痛和肿胀。在疼痛减轻后您可以热敷,或通过轻度的拉伸运动为受伤部位供血。一般来说,在运动前可以拉伸和热敷,而在运动过后应该冷却或冰敷。
