延期申请证明的中文资料需做英语翻译及公证

如果你在美国没有银行帐号，需要使用中国的银行来做资金证明，所有非英文资料需要翻译成英语。

USCIS 官方的 I-539 填写指南对此说明如下：

Translations. Any document you submit to USCIS with information in a foreign language must be accompanied by a full English translation. The translator must certify that the English language translation is complete and accurate, and that he or she is competent to translate from the foreign language into English.

建议找一个中英双语的朋友做 certification，参考我之前为结婚证做的「公证」：

CERTIFICATION BY TRANSLATOR

This is to certify that I am competent to translate from Chinese into English and that the above translation is accurate.

    您好，最近收到给妈妈办延期的 rfe 需要提交部分她在国内水电费账单，银行存款等证明，这些翻译件需要拿到公证处做公证吗？还是只需要有资质的翻译进行翻译盖章签字即可？谢谢
